We schedule a time and come directly to your home or business. There's a flat $75 service call fee for locations within 20 miles of Wilmington, OH — just $1 per mile after that. No hidden charges, no surprises.
Once on-site, we assess the situation and get started at $50/hour. Most common repairs, calibrations, and setups can be completed right there in your space.
If the job is complex — a full board replacement, heavy mechanical rebuild, or anything that needs bench time — we'll transport your printer safely to our lab and return it fully repaired.
Before we leave (or return your machine), we make sure everything is running correctly. You get a working printer — and the confidence to know exactly what was done and why.

One flat fee gets us to your door and includes up to 20 miles of travel from Wilmington, OH, plus the first 30 minutes of diagnostics and troubleshooting. Enough time to figure out whether your printer is being dramatic or actually broken.
Need service outside the initial 20-mile radius? We charge an additional $25 for every 10-mile increment, up to 40 miles total. Beyond that, just contact us and we’ll see what we can work out.
After the included diagnostic period, labor is billed at $50 per hour. Covers repairs, calibration, tuning, upgrades, setup assistance, and training. Basically everything except convincing your printer to behave permanently. Any parts needed will be billed in addition to labor.
